WELCOME TO ROYAL MERIDIAN PROPERTY PRIME LIMITED
We focus on building lasting relationships with our subscribers and business partners, with the aim of continued mutual success.
ROYAL MERIDIAN PROPERTY PRIME enables you to subscribe as much or as little capital as you like into leisure properties. In order to secure your return and your use and enjoyment, ROYAL MERIDIAN PROPERTY PRIME owns and acquires hotels, leisure apartments and other leisure properties as well as land with planning permission for future recreational development.
In short, ROYAL MERIDIAN PROPERTY PRIME offers great holidays and the real benefits of sharing in the ownership of leisure properties worldwide, for a limited capital outlay.
We take a mid to long term view on price development of leisure related property. Why? Do you remember how much your parents paid for their first house? And do you know the value of it now?
“The whole point of ROYAL MERIDIAN PRIME is that we offer great holidays and share with YOU the appreciation value of the Leisure properties at the end of your subscription.
Rare are the people who have enough time, money, and expertise to become directly involved in finding, buying, renovating or building, and then managing and renting leisure properties. The easiest way to be able to enjoy leisure properties worldwide and also benefit from their successful management and eventual sale is to become a ROYAL MERIDIAN PROPERTY PRIME subscriber.
